Hello and thank you for considering our Presidential luxury Mercedes Benz Sprinter for your needs!  We have many families who love using our ten-passenger van to include grandparents, friends, golf buddies or business partners in their travel plans.  Designed for family and executive business use, there are six beautifully plush captain’s chairs, four-person couch seating that can lay flat into a two-person bed, toilet, sink, refrigerator and microwave. All passengers travel in comfort and style whether it’s a business meeting, weekend excursion with family, a week-long vacation with grandparents and kids, or golfing with friends. 


Avoid the unknown cancellations and delays with the airlines or having to pay the outrageous plane ticket prices for your large group... plus the cost of rental cars or other transportation when you get to your destination!  There is also no need to shove everyone into your SUV or take multiple gas-guzzling vehicles on that next trip.  We even have executives who like to operate out of their own "command center" and take meetings in the van when they fly or yacht into the area.  Travel in style and luxury with our eco-friendly Sprinter van.


The spacious interior is truly amazing. The classy 6'3" Maybach ceiling allows plenty of headroom for passengers to freely stand up and walk around. Middle captain’s chairs swivel so guests can either face forward or turn around and have a conversation with passengers in the back. It’s perfect for all occasions whether it is in a family configuration, business meeting configuration or transformed into a limo for a night on the town. 


The third row of captain’s chairs have power footrests and fold-away solid wood lap tables which are great for relaxing, reading, working on a laptop, playing games or watching TV on either of the two built-in flat screens. And let’s not forget the two comfortable couches in the back that make a bed for a quick nap or an overnight excursion. There’s even a large dorm-size refrigerator/freezer and microwave conveniently tucked away but within reach for drinks and snacks while on the road. The toilet and sink keep you traveling in comfort, privacy and safety with minimum downtime.

We are located in Ponte Vedra / Nocatee, Florida zip code 32081 (between Jacksonville and St. Augustine).  You are welcome to park your personal vehicle safely in the driveway of our private gated community. The primary driver (renter) must be in attendance during the key exchange.  Under certain circumstances, we offer drop-off and pick-up services within 30-miles.  

In general, our pricing ranges from $650-$850 per day per 24-hour rental period (discounted weekly/monthly rates; occasionally higher rates during holidays, spring/summer break and regional events such as TPC, FL/GA etc). Minimum rental period is two days. Rate includes 200 miles per day with additional pre-paid mileage starting at $1.50/mile when prepaid. All pricing is subject to demand and the above rates are not set until a quote is provided and accepted.  As you calculate your all-in travel costs, my customers have found it useful to assume ~17 miles/gallon diesel for their trip and approximately $68/day for the required insurance.

No problem, we have you covered!  Most fine print within insurance policies and credit card coverage will not extend coverage to this class of vehicle.  During the booking process, you will be required to take additional insurance (we make no money off of this insurance).  We will also hold a $1,500 security deposit to either be applied to the deductible or to help cover any other damages that may result during your rental period.  This is refunded back to your credit card upon return of the vehicle with no damage.

Most of our customers have found it very easy to drive.  The ride is superb, and the steering radius makes it very easy to maneuver around town and in parking lots.  The main differences are being aware of the 9 1/2-foot height and being aware of your overall length of 24 feet.  I will cover all of this with you during the rental key exchange on your pickup date.

We are very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. While many rental sites may quote 3pm check-in (pick up) and 11am check-out (return), my approach is 24-hour pricing. This means if you want to pick up at 8am on the first day, you have until 8am the day of return to drop off. I give 1-hour grace period then charge $75/hour for addition hours up to 10 hours; more than 10 hours requires an addition day and may require you to add another day to your insurance plan. Pick-up and drop-off service is available within 30 miles and subject to availability.

Easy to understand operation manual, 2TV's, Apple TV, FireTV, multi-user entertainment center, 5 Headphones, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toilet, Sink, Cargo Hold net (so you can separate cargo from toilet/sink/refrigerator/microwave), 50' electric cord/adapter, freshwater hose and dump hose.  Wi-Fi Internet (when available but not guaranteed due to monthly data limitations by carrier).

While the van does provide an abundant amount of cargo space, we understand you may need more.  No problem, we have you covered!  For an additional $25/day, I am happy to install a cargo box (interior dimensions 57x21x23) on a swing-out hitch.  The black cover keeps the elements out and gives it a clean look while traveling.  I also have a 5-bike Yakima mount as an additional option for those adventure seekers.  Trailering is not permitted without prior consent.

My primary rules are pretty simple and are intended to provide a level of mutual respect and privacy for current and future renters.  1) NO Smoking of any kind! ... yes, including e-cigarettes!   2) Most pets are allowed but must be approved in advance.   3) This vehicle is not intended for use off-road.  Paved and groomed stone roads only. Additional rules do apply to ensure compliance with safety, security, law and insurance requirements.  For example, all drivers must be 25 or older for insurance coverage.
